Landlords

With a high number of registered applicants, it won’t take long to find the perfect tenant for your property. We ensure to carry out thorough reference checks on all tenants to guarantee they meet up to the standards required. We also outline all the necessary checks and documentation that are essential for the landlord to have in place before letting the property.

Our letting fee for landlords is 8% of the rent for the duration of the tenancy. This will include an appraisal, finding a tenant, guided viewings, carrying out references, drawing up the tenancy agreement, carrying out inventory of the property and collecting the advanced rent and deposit.

Tenants

We only let good quality properties to our tenants and ensure a smooth sailing process from start to end. Home Connection UK Ltd will find a property best suited to your needs.

Once you have registered, we will arrange a suitable time for a viewing. With your interest made, references will be carried out, advanced rent and deposit (6 weeks) will be collected as well as an administration fee. After your references have been confirmed, the only thing left is to sign the tenancy agreement, collect the keys and move in! It’s as simple as that.
